Terms and conditions
The rules for using Timezone Prime. Please read them, because using the site means you accept them.
Last updated
These terms apply to your use of Timezone Prime at timezoneprime.com ("the site", "we", "us"). If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Using the site
The site is free to use for personal and business purposes. You agree not to misuse it, which includes trying to disrupt or overload it, scraping it in a way that degrades the service for others, or using it for anything unlawful.
Accuracy of conversions
We work hard to make every conversion correct. Results are calculated from the IANA time zone database built into your browser, so they depend on your browser being up to date. Governments sometimes change time zone or daylight saving rules at short notice, and there may be a delay before those changes reach your device.
For anything where a wrong time would be costly, such as flights, legal deadlines, financial markets or medical schedules, please confirm the time with an official source.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or stop any part of the site at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Timezone Prime is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its results, including missed meetings, travel or business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Intellectual property
The site's design, text and code belong to Timezone Prime. You are welcome to link to any page and to share results you get from the converter. Please do not copy the site or republish large parts of its content without permission.
Map boundaries come from Timezone Boundary Builder under the Open Database License, and time zone rules come from the public-domain IANA tz database.
Links to other websites
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
Privacy
How we handle information is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
